Rental agents are often, understandably, under pressure to show tenants, complete all the paperwork involved and meet with the tenants for the key handover and inspection of all the property, this is an area that is often disputed at the conclusion of the lease with regards to the deposit, we will prepare an inventory report that will be attached to the lease agreement and signed by the landlord/or agent, and the tenant.
